Your data, told straight.

Account data. Your name, email address, and password hash (or your Google identity if you sign in with Google). This is the minimum needed to keep an account working.

Profile and preference data. Your resume content, salary floor, preferred stack, location and remote rules, and the cues you configure. This is the raw material the matching engine runs on; without it there is nothing to match.

Activity data. Which roles you save, tailor, apply to, and move through your tracker. We use this to improve your match scores and to time your follow-up reminders.

Technical data. IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you use the service, used for security and debugging.

We use your data to run the product: discovering roles that match your profile, tailoring your resume and cover letters, sending you match alerts, and keeping your application pipeline in order.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your resume or application history with employers, recruiters, or data brokers unless you explicitly apply to a role or ask us to.

Aggregated, anonymized statistics (for example, average match scores across the platform) may be used to improve the product and in marketing material. None of it can be traced back to you.

Essential cookies. These keep you signed in and keep the service secure (session tokens, CSRF protection). They are always on; the product cannot function without them.

Analytics cookies. Optional. They help us understand which features get used and where people get stuck, so we can fix the right things.

Marketing cookies. Optional. They let us measure whether our campaigns bring in people who actually get value from CueRole.

You can change your choices at any time on the Cookie Preferences page.

Your account and profile data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, in encrypted form at rest and in transit. Resume content used for tailoring is processed by our AI pipeline and is not used to train third-party models.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Most of it is directly editable from your profile page. For a full export or account deletion, contact us and we will complete the request within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
