Fair money rules, written plainly.

CueRole Plus costs ₹299 per month or ₹2,499 per year in India, and $4.99 per month or $25 per year everywhere else. The Job Hunt Pass is a one-time payment of ₹799 or $9.99 for three months of Plus; it never renews. Taxes may apply depending on where you live and are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.

You can cancel from your account at any moment. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not lock you in, and we do not make you email anyone to leave.

Your first annual subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method at checkout but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing. One trial per account.

Payments are not refunded once a billing period has started or a Job Hunt Pass has been bought; the fair move is to cancel and let the period run out. We make exceptions when something on our side went wrong: duplicate charges, a charge after you cancelled, or a prolonged outage that made the product unusable. Those are refunded in full.

Email support@cuerole.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form. Tell us the charge date and the reason. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank controls the exact timing).

Nothing here limits refund or withdrawal rights that consumer law in your country gives you. Where local law is more generous than this policy, local law wins.
